digital marketing expert required for couple of projects

I'm looking for a digital marketing expert to help with couple project. Looking for someone who isnt just going to tell me what I can google or what Neil Patel already gives away for free, but who is willing to deliver. This can be one person or multiple people:

 1) build organic traffic to a website (seo expert). 

2) make forms on page perform much better.
